ME BEFORE THE RECIPE…

Both my children LOVE attention. I mean, that’s kind of a no brainer. Every child loves attention, right??? But, it’s interesting how each child likes to receive attention in a specific way. My two children are as follows:

One child is all about the bells and whistles, the hoots and hollers, and the praise almighties. This particular child of mine wants the entire world to know every accomplishment, every milestone, and every good deed. She thrives off compliments and vocal praise. Her dream world would be a utopian land of endless hugs and kisses and congratulatory high fives. Her need for acknowledgement is immediate, otherwise doubts of “you don’t really care” quickly set in.

She’s intense. That’s the most accurate description of her personality. She’s a burning ball of energy, a firecracker waiting to explode at any given moment. She’s a radiating light that is nearly impossible to ignore. With her natural gift for commanding/demanding attention…this little star of mine is destined to shine, I have no doubt….
